Gemstone Lights Warranty
Gemstone Lights provides a lifetime warranty on its lights, with an expected lifespan of 50,000 hours (around 20 years with 7 hours of daily use). A 10-year warranty is offered on all other components, and the warranty is transferable to new homeowners. Each authorized dealer offers its own labor warranty, and any on-site service may incur fees depending on the dealer’s specific warranty terms.
Southern Lights currently has a 1 year labour warranty on any warranty claim.
